ABOUT US

KADİM, the center for research, evaluation, and improvement, in Kartal, is a social project launched in April, 2008. It is projected to constitute a bridge between the municipal government and all individuals living in Kartal in order to make the individuals state their problems and suggestions regarding Kartal cavalierly, and to improve their socio-economic and cultural levels, focusing on raising life quality. It is an individual-focused project of improvement, targeting sustainable development, and adopting the urban capacity building as a vision

KADİM carries out its actions under a conceptual framework, KARTALİTE (the project to raise quality of life), that includes a variety of purposes pertaining to facilitating life, and making satisfaction permanent. It is an organization in which the local government and individuals come together for the purpose of the conception of modern social municipality based on the continual improvement to be adopted. It promotes fidelity to the urban environment and sensibility to be a loyal Kartalian.

Our Vision To constitute an image of Kartal city in which the urban development is completed with continual improvement and the concept of “civic” is totally absorbed.
